As our inn is built on a hill, all of our rooms require some stair climbing.
There are fewer stairs for first floor rooms and The Bowdoin.

cocoa.

- We're just steps from the shopping and restaurant district. Park your car and forget about it!
Complimentary Concierge Services:
The inn is located two blocks
north of LL Bean and the downtown shopping district. It is an easy walk
to 6-7 restaurants ranging from casual, lobster shack style venues to
upscale, 'put on your best dress' fine dining.
- All prices are single or double occupancy.
- Rates quoted above go from low quiet season (November through April) to high peak season (May through October).
- Rates may be higher on weekends, holidays or for special events.
- There is a $25 charge for each additional guest in the room.
- Two-night minimums are required for Memorial Day weekend, Columbus Day
weekend and Sparkle weekend and may be required for
other event and holiday weekends. A deposit of one night's room rate is required
only for weddings, graduations or whole house bookings and Memorial Day Weekend. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days
prior to arrival date.
