As our inn is built on a hill, all of our rooms require some stair climbing.
There are fewer stairs for first floor rooms and The Bowdoin.

The inn is located two blocks
north of LL Bean and the downtown shopping district. It is an easy walk
to 6-7 restaurants ranging from casual, lobster shack style venues to
upscale, 'put on your best dress' fine dining.
All prices are single or double occupancy.
Rates go from low quiet season (November through April) to high peak season (May through October).
Rates may be higher on weekends, holidays or for special events.
There is a $20 charge for each additional guest in the room.
Two-night minimums
may be required for event and holiday weekends.
Please add 7% Maine
Lodging Tax to all prices.
