Wandered around in the Owls Head Transportation Museum on Friday. Rock likes everything but I pick one item to focus on while he reads all the information placards. Today it was antique radiator caps. Enjoy!

The breeze is picking up and the sun is warm. Spring is on the way! Although it’s great fun to play in the snow every year, once we get to March we start looking forward to seeing the lawn again.

This year is tough going for maple sugerers. Usually they are out in the woods by the end of February getting their lines set up, repaired and siphoning systems in place. This year it just hasn’t gotten above freezing so no sap flowing. Lets hope we ease into Spring and don’t end up with a year where it gets too warm too fast.

Now we are getting our yummy maple syrup from The Sugar Shack in Millinocket. Getting time to place an order!
